Position Overview:

We’re seeking a high-energy, goal-oriented Sales / Business Development Associate to help us expand our footprint in the manufacturing, engineering, and automation sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and offering tailored staffing solutions that align with our clients’ workforce needs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR teams.

  • Understand client needs and challenges to present Talentline’s contract, contract-to-direct, and direct hire services as custom solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client expectations are met with high-quality candidates.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and opportunities in our CRM.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position Talentline effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or staffing/recruiting (preferred but not required).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to win and grow within the company.

  • Comfortable with outbound sales outreach and cold calling.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

  • Familiarity with the manufacturing, automation, or skilled trades industries is a plus.
